Sustainability-In-Action: Flowers Café conserves energy by plugging items into power strips and turning them off when not in use and by using dimmed lighting back of house. The café encourages its employees to drink tap water. Flowers Café uses eco-friendly cleaning supplies. They also give customers incentives to bring in reusable mugs, reducing the use of disposable paper cups.

Sustainability Goals: Flowers Café plans to install water saving devices in their toilet to make it low-flow. The owners also plan on having their other two businesses join EcoBizNYC.
