They are conscious of the products they use, including reusing towels for cleaning, using recycled toilet paper, and purchasing locally from Restaurant Depot.

Sustainability Goals: Vie De France is participating in a lighting assessment to switch to energy efficient lighting and are considering switching to a renewable energy option. They are looking to purchasing a used, energy efficient ice machine. Vie De France is also looking into making a garden terrace in the space in front of their café for customers to enjoy.
