Sustainability-In-Action: Kumo Sushi conserves energy by dimming their lights, and turning their air conditioning off when the restaurant is closed. They have a bike rack on their block for customers and recycle their used cooking oil. Since joining EcoBizNYC, Kumo Sushi has switched to 100% recycled toilet paper and enrolled in the Eco To Go program. The Eco To Go program lets customers know that they can request no napkins and no utensils to be included in the delivery order.

Sustainability Goals: Kumo Sushi has committed to replacing existing halogen and incandescent bulbs with energy efficient LED bulbs throughout the entire restaurant, reducing their energy usage by over 75%. They also plan to install water saving devices in their toilets as well as faucet aerators.
